Sargon was an elf living some 2,400 YBE. He tamed the first greenback lizard and rode it to the amazement of others.
The ones who followed in his footsteps are called the Arlom Riders. They have tamed various beasts to whom they are committed in a lifelong bond. Among typical mounts, they favor mules over horses because of mules’ intelligence. However, non-typical beasts are preferred and the Arlom Riders ride on creatures as exotic as bears, lizards and Great Wolves.
